Overview

Your coverage is equal to 1 1/2 times your annual base salary, up to $100,000 coverage (rounded up to the nearest $1,000, except that rounding does not apply if coverage amount is subject to reduction for age).

• Eligible colleagues are automatically enrolled in Company-provided Basic Life coverage for 1 ½ times salary up to $100,000 coverage.
• Colleagues that prefer Basic Life coverage in an amount that does not exceed $50,000 (in order to avoid imputed income) may elect during enrollment the option for 1 ½ times salary up to $50,000 coverage.
