Overview

You may select a Kaiser primary care provider and access that same physician for the majority of your health care needs. In general, there is no annual deductible, and most covered services are covered at 100% after a specified co-payment. 

Services not provided by a Kaiser Permanente provider are generally not covered unless it is a life-threatening emergency. 

Prescription benefits are also offered through Kaiser Permanente.

1. Download the Kaiser Permanente app to access all the convenient features of My Health Manager on your smartphone.
2. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play. 
3. Open the app on your smartphone and log in using your kp.org registration credentials.
4. Using the app, here’s what you can do right from your smartphone:            

- Email Your doctor’s office

- View most lab test results

- Schedule or cancel routine appointments

- Refill most prescriptions

- Access a digital version of your membership card
